Here in the Living True Mentorship Lounge, we have a few tried and true foundational principles for optimal engagement:

  1. Come from love. Practice keeping an open heart even when you disagree or don’t like something.

  2. Bring it in — any trigger, judgment, fear, concern, or insecurity… put it on the table.

  3. Give your best to this space and each other. Show up. Listen. Ask. Share. Don’t hide or consume.

  4. When in doubt… remember your calling. Confusion is ubiquitous—remember your North Star.
